The enclosed veranda

Rob's been on holidays and very busy (and big learning curve!). Doc introduced us to the concept of insulite (a styrofoam tile) and we order enough to do most of the house (back rooms don't need doing yet), along with some battens to hold them up. You do need a lot of nails to hold fibre cement sheeting up, and bullet heads simply won't do it LOL (ask me how we know ;) ). Although not a perfect job, he's done pretty darned well. Plus, the white tiles make it way brighter in the front rooms than the dark grey of the iron roof (funny that) and heaps cooler (woohoo, that's the whole point).
